Send your requirementsA heat-resistant conveyor belt is selected around the temperature of the conveyed material and the way heat reaches the belt. The material temperature, exposure time and cooling conditions should be described separately. A simple request for a heat-resistant grade does not provide enough information to confirm the correct construction.
Record the normal operating conditions and any different start-up or intermittent conditions known at the site. Include the material being handled, belt dimensions and any existing cover specification. If replacing a damaged belt, photographs and a description of where the damage appears can support the review. Confirm the proposed cover and carcass against the stated conditions in the quotation.
Send as much information as you have. A photo or drawing is the fastest way to begin.
Product photographs and structure illustrations support product selection. Confirm the supplied specification with your quotation.
