Application and selection guidance

Conveyor rollers support the carrying or return side of a belt. When replacing a roller, identify its position in the assembly and photograph the complete frame as well as the individual part. A similar-looking roller may have different shaft ends or mounting dimensions, so a product photograph alone is not enough to establish interchangeability.

What to confirm before ordering

Start with the roller diameter, working length and shaft details, then describe the conveyed material and operating environment. Include a dimensioned drawing or measurements of the existing installation. For a mixed replacement order, separate each roller type and quantity so that carrying, return and other positions can be reviewed individually before quotation.
