Send your requirementsA corrugated sidewall conveyor belt combines sidewalls and cross-cleats to form carrying pockets. The belt profile needs to match the conveyor layout and material path. Provide an overall drawing rather than only the main belt width, especially where the route changes direction or passes through different inclines.
Specify the required belt length and width, sidewall and cleat arrangement, and the conveyor angle or layout. Include photographs when matching an existing installation, with the profile shown clearly. Confirm how the profile interfaces with the surrounding equipment and the material transfer points. The final belt and profile dimensions should be agreed together as one requirement before the quotation is accepted.
Send as much information as you have. A photo or drawing is the fastest way to begin.
Product photographs and structure illustrations support product selection. Confirm the supplied specification with your quotation.
