Send your requirementsTransfer chutes and hoppers form part of the material flow and storage arrangement. An inquiry should identify the incoming and outgoing material paths, connection points and supporting structure. For modifications or replacements, photographs of the complete transfer area help explain access, surrounding equipment and the interfaces that must be retained.
Provide drawings of the openings, envelope, supports and connections, along with material and plate-thickness requirements where already specified. Describe the conveyed product and the intended operating duty. Identify liner requirements and distinguish the main fabrication from associated seals or support components. The final quotation should define the agreed dimensions and supply scope rather than assume that a generic chute or hopper will fit the installation.
Send as much information as you have. A photo or drawing is the fastest way to begin.
Product photographs and structure illustrations support product selection. Confirm the supplied specification with your quotation.
