Send your requirementsA steel cord conveyor belt uses steel cords as its tension member in an engineered conveying system. Strength, pulley arrangement and splice requirements are central to the specification. Include the conveyor layout and the relevant belt design information so the proposal can be reviewed against the installation rather than the product name alone.
Specify the required width, length, strength and thickness, together with the pulley layout and available splice details. For replacement work, provide the existing belt marking and approved drawing where possible. Any change from the original construction should be identified for review. The final supply specification should define the proposed belt construction and joining requirements for the stated conveyor duty.
Send as much information as you have. A photo or drawing is the fastest way to begin.
Product photographs and structure illustrations support product selection. Confirm the supplied specification with your quotation.
