Application and selection guidance

Conveyor belt cleaners address material carried back on the belt after discharge. Selection starts with the material and the proposed cleaning position, supported by photographs of the pulley area and return belt. A replacement blade inquiry should identify the existing cleaner assembly so that the blade and mounting requirements can be reviewed accurately.

What to confirm before ordering

Provide belt width, pulley diameter, belt surface details and the character of the material being conveyed. Describe the current carryback problem and any installation-space restrictions. Confirm whether the request covers a blade, mounting parts or a complete cleaner arrangement. Blade material and position should be reviewed with the belt and operating conditions; a generic cleaner description does not establish compatibility.
