Application and selection guidance

Idler frames hold carrying or return rollers in the required arrangement. They are useful to review alongside roller replacements, conveyor alterations or a new component supply request. Matching the belt width alone does not define the frame: the roller arrangement and the mounting points must also fit the conveyor structure.

What to confirm before ordering

Provide a drawing showing the frame envelope, fixing locations and roller positions. Include the belt width, roller dimensions and any existing material requirement. Photographs of the installed frame help explain surrounding clearance and access. If several frame styles are needed, label each drawing and its quantity so the quotation can distinguish complete assemblies from frames supplied without rollers.
