Application and selection guidance

Drive couplings connect shafts within a conveyor drive arrangement. A replacement request needs to identify the equipment on both sides of the connection, rather than only the visible coupling shape. Photographs and an existing part number can support the inquiry, while a dimensioned drawing clarifies the actual shaft and installation interfaces.

What to confirm before ordering

Provide operating speed, torque information and the dimensions of both shafts. Include the available space between equipment and describe the alignment requirements stated in the drive design. Confirm whether the order is for a complete coupling or particular replacement elements. Model suitability and the final connection details should be reviewed before ordering, especially when the surrounding drive equipment is also changing.
